Cardiff Junior Devils 1 - 8 Romford

On Saturday the 15th January the Under 12’s team made the gruelling 188 mile away trip to Romford, Essex and with the Rapours being one of the top three teams in the league, Cardiff knew it was going to be a tough game.

Playing a two period game consisting of 20 minute each the whole team gave an excellent performance throughout.

Cardiff’s one and only goal of the game was scored by Owen Bradshaw unassisted at 12:43 and netminder Ciaran Matthews took a massive 39 shots on goal which certainly meant he had his wits about him with some fantastic saves.

 

The 12’s have their Home game against Romford tomorrow 25th Jan 4.30pm face off, the team are looking forward to this return game on home ice and a full team.
