| Under 16 - 21th February 2009 |

Cardiff U16s hosted Streatham in Cardiff Ice Arena on Saturday 21st
Feb and were hoping to improve their performance from last weekend
in front of a home crowd.
Following a high score game of 13-2 to the Devils two months ago in
Streatham this promised to be an exciting game with coaches Brent
Pope and Andy Edwards icing a large home bench together with 2 new
rookies Nathan Munkley and Kieren Bagley.
Despite the positive statistics from the previous encounter, Streatham
outshoot the Devils in the first period but could not get the puck
passed net minder James Wallace who was solid for the two periods.
It was a much improved, faster and more organised display in the last
20 minutes which proved too much for a short Streatham bench who could
not find an answer to the improving Devils team effort. The game saw
a shorthanded goal from Nathan Dunn and a most memorable first goal
by Nathan Munkley. Devils made it a final score of 7-0.
